Claiming Property in Nebraska
If the property is less than $500 the site will ask for some information and you can submit it online. If the property is more than $500 the claim is a little more work. Using the Property ID, you must fill out this FORM. The form is an editable PDF so you can fill it out online and then print or simply print it out and fill it out by hand. For these claims you also must have your form notarized. There typically is a form of ID you must provide also, as noted on the form. Then you simply mail the form to the address provided.
