Once you locate the match click claim and then the property is added to the cart. When you claim the properties, you will be asked to fill out some basic information to start the claim. You then will have a claim form generated including and claim ID which can be used to also check the status of your claim. You will need to sign the form, there is some indication on the website that you need it notarized, but it does not indicate which claims require that.
